Ron Dabbagh is the Founder, Founder and CEO of MarketRemedy. Mr. Dabbagh brings over 18 years of experience in marketing complex and innovative technology solutions to MarketRemedy. An expert in product marketing and new market development, Mr. Dabbagh is credited with marketing more than 20 Internet and software solutions for a variety of leading high-tech companies and start-ups such as Oracle, PhysicanAccess, ICG/Netcom, InterNex Information Services.
Mr. Dabbagh received his MBA in Entrepreneurship and International Business from Loyola Marymount University and earned his Bachelor of Arts in Marketing and Information Technology from Webster University in Geneva, Switzerland. He has taught graduate business classes at Golden Gate and National universities.
Richard Dutra is the President of MarketRemedy. Mr. Dutra brings over 27 years experience of executive leadership, producing and developing highly succesful organizations, forming win/win partnerships and possesses a deep understanding of building software technology companies. Mr. Dutra is credited with implementing and building lucrative relationships for a number of high tech companies including Nortel Networks, Clarify, InterNex, Platinum Software and Harris/Lanier.
Mr. Dutra received his Bachelor of Arts in Communication Studies from San Jose State University.

James B Walling, MBA, CFA, Outside Director—Director of Valuation & Taxation - PriceWaterhouseCoopers
James Walling is the Outside Director of MarketRemedy. Mr. Walling brings over 15 years of corporate and strategic finance experience which includes business plan development, capital raising, deal negotiation and structuring, budgeting and forecasting and operational planning and analysis. Mr. Walling is currently a Director with PriceWaterhouseCoopers Coopers. Prior to joining MarketRemedy as an advisor, Mr. Walling was co-founder and CFO for ClearPath Technologies and Director of Corporate Development for Appiant Technologies.
Mr. Walling earned his MBA from Santa Clara University and his BS in Marine Sciences from Richard J. Stockton State College.

Arman Pahlavan is the Corporate Counsel and Assistant Secretary to the Board of Directors. Mr. Pahlavan has an extensive background in advising public and private technology companies and venture funds on various aspects of their business transactions across industry sectors including software and communications, life sciences and renewable energy. His areas of specialization include mergers and acquisitions, corporate finance, intellectual property transactions and private equity fund formation matters.
Mr. Pahlavan is a member of the board of directors of The Enterprise Network of Silicon Valley, a founding member of the International BioMed Society (IBMS), and a member of the venture capital advisory board of the Canadian Consulate Trade Office, San Francisco/Silicon Valley.
Troy Cole is the Acting VP of Product Marketing for MarketRemedy. Mr. Cole brings over 15 years of extensive knowledge and experience with financial services. Mr. Cole's core area of expertise is direct and technical product marketing in the financial services sector. Mr. Cole's strong knowledge of the financial business has successfully been implemented with companies such as J.P. Morgan Chase, Experian Information Solutions, GE Financial, Transamerica Life Companies and HSBC Household Finance Corporation.

James Mansuetto is the Corporate Controller for MarketRemedy. Mr. Mansuetto brings over 20 years experience in the tax, financial planning, management accounting (design and implementation of accounting systems and internal control procedures), budgeting design/procedures and cash flow management/forecasting.
Mr. Mansuetto received his BA from the University of Chicago and his MBA from Stanford University. Mr. Mansuetto is a member of the Stanford Business School Alumni Consulting Team, California Society Treasurer of the Camron Stanford House Museum and Chairman of the Supervisory Committee for Kaiser Lakeside Credit Union.

Martin Fliesler, JD, Intellectual Property Counsel—Founder and Managing Partner of Fliesler Meyer LLP
Martin Fliesler is the Intellectual Property Counsel for MarketRemedy. Mr. Fliesler's core area of expertise is computer systems hardware architecture, software (including operating systems, application programs, databases, tools for building web applications, programming languages such as JAVA and object-oriented software), computer peripherals, semiconductor chips and chip sets including microprocessors, complex programmable logic devices, analog signal processors, graphics processors and many other technologies. Mr. Fliesler's practice primarily focuses on the litigation of patents, copyrights, trade secrets, and negotiating/writing transactional agreements, relating to leading edge technologies. Mr. Fliesler has successfully litigated numerous high profile patent cases.
Mr. Fliesler received his B.E. in Electrical Engineering from Stevens Institute of Technology and a JD from Brooklyn Law School. Mr. Fliesler completed post graduate courses in intellectual property law at George Washington Law School. Mr. Fliesler is a member of the State Bars of New York (1968) and California (1977) and is registered to practice before the United States Patent and Trademark Office (1971). Mr. Fliesler is admitted to practice before the United States Supreme Court, United States Court of Appeals for the Federal Circuit and Ninth Circuit and the United States District Court for the Northern District of California and other Federal Appellate and District Courts around the country.

Brom Mahbod, Ph.D, Senior Technology Advisor—Vice President of Enterprise Platforms, Oracle Corporation
Brom Mahbod is currently the Vice President of Enterprise Platforms at Oracle Corporation. Mr. Mahbod is responsible for transforming Oracle's family of products into the platform of choice for application development and deployment and developing standard configurations for large-scale deployment of enterprise computing infrastructure.
Prior to his current position Dr. Mahbod was the Vice President of Server Technologies at Oracle subsidiary Network Computer, Inc. (now Liberate Technologies, Inc.), where he built the server engineering organization which developed the highly scalable and reliable server infrastructure for network computing and introduced a number of novel concepts in large scale networks.
Since 1989, when he joined Oracle Corporation, Dr. Mahbod has held various senior technical and management positions at Oracle Corporation and has made substantial contributions both technically to the flagship product as well as developing joint partnerships with major financial and banking institutions for ambitious projects aimed at running operations more efficiently.
Prior to joining Oracle Dr. Mahbod was a member of the technical staff at Hewlett Packard Laboratories engaged in research for the corporation. He was a member of the team which developed IRIS, the first prototype of an object-oriented database. He was also involved in building the foundation of network management at HP Labs.
Dr. Mahbod is on the board or advisory board of a number of companies in Silicon Valley and on the East Coast, as well as seed level venture funds. He has been involved in various conferences and academic activities, and is a former member of the organizing committee of COMPCON. He holds a Ph.D. in Electrical and Computer Engineering from the University of California.

Ralph Aceves, MA, Operations & Corporate Development Consultant—Former CEO of Vianeta & CIO of Informatica
Prior to joining Vianeta, Ralph Aceves was Vice President, Worldwide Operations, and CIO at Informatica (NASDAQ: INFA), a leading provider of business intelligence solutions. At Informatica, he was responsible for providing customers with world-class technical support, training and corporate infrastructure and information systems consulting. Prior to Informatica, he was vice president, finance and operations, at Addison-Wesley Publishing. Mr. Aceves was responsible for finance, operations and manufacturing and participated in several corporate acquisitions at Addison-Wesley, now a division of the international media company, Pearson (NYSE: PSO), whose primary operations include the Financial Times Group and the Penguin Group. He also served as COO of LEVIENT Corporation. At LEVIENT-a provider of enterprise wireless access software acquired by FusionOne, he was responsible for all operational activity including sales, marketing, professional services, information technology and administration.
A member of HIMSS and AHIMA, Mr. Aceves holds a bachelor's degree in finance from San Jose State University and a master's degree in marketing from Golden Gate University in San Francisco.

Norm DePalantino, Call Center Technology Operations Advisor—Asia Pacific

Norm DePalantino does business consulting for call centers and BPO companies within the Asia Pacific rim. His clients have included AIG, MemberWorks, 247Customer, TVSN, Priceline Asia and Awards.com.
Prior to developing his own consulting firm, Mr. DePalantino served as the GM of Epixtar International Call Center Group where he oversaw operations, HR, Legal and development. Prior he was a Director of Sales, providing operations consulting and sales leadership for Precision Response Corporation, one of the leading providers of outsourced Customer Care programs. He has also held positions as VP Operations for The Home Shopping Network and Priceline.com. In both of the senior positions, Mr. DePalantino reduced costs while enhancing the customer experience. At The Home Shopping Network, he also managed the complete replacement of the call center backbone and redesign of the call center.
Prior to that he managed the training and technology functions for Victoria's Secret Catalogue and developed the Customer Service and Sales training programs. He also increased efficiency by developing technology initiatives that reduced handle times and increased revenues through up sells and merchandise education. Mr. DePalantino also spent 23 years in the U.S. Air Force in logistics, sales and management education.
He received a BS degree from Regents College and a MA from The University of Phoenix.

Chris Maeda is the founder of Maeda Consulting LLC. Mr. Maeda is the former EVP and CTO of Kana Communications and co-founder of Rubric Software. He brings a wealth of knowledge and experience in building technology startups. Mr. Maeda was the architect and developer of the first CloseBiz prototype.
Mr. Maeda received his B.S degree in Computer Science from M.I.T. and received his Ph.D and M.S. degrees in Computer Science from Carnegie-Mellon.
Mehdi Ghazizadeh is currently the Senior Manager/Senior Architect for Sun Microsystems. In his current role at Sun, he is responsible for managing alliances with major technology leaders such as Oracle. Mr. Ghazizadeh is well versed in developing enterprise solutions based on the Sun platform. Mr. Ghazizadeh advises MarketRemedy on technology concepts related to integrating MarketRemedy's enterprise solutions.
